Due to unsatisfactory performance issues by payment provider AlertPay, SFI is severing its ties with the company, effective immediately. This decision is an unavoidable result of AlertPay actions beyond our control. We apologize to all affiliates and customers for any inconvenience this unforeseen situation may cause.

To avoid interruptions with product deliveries and monthly affiliate benefits, SFI Affiliates with Standing Orders paid via an AlertPay account must cancel their current Standing Order, then create a brand NEW Standing Order using another payment option right away.

For SFI Commissions: We have automatically reset the commission payment option to a mailed check for all Affiliates with the AlertPay option selected. If you have selected AlertPay to collect your SFI Commissions and do not wish to receive your April commissions via a mailed check, you need to update your payment options BEFORE 11 a.m. tomorrow, May 11th.

As many of you have already noticed, on Tuesday, May 1st, we unveiled a spiffy new design for TripleClicks.

Here are some of the highlights:

1. First and foremost, TripleClicks is no longer “product-centric.” We’ve now put in place the foundation for TripleClicks to become a much more diverse site. We still have tons of great products of course (more than 50,000 now, in fact, and we will continue to add hundreds of new products every week), but TripleClicks will soon be known for much more: services, music, dining, games & contests, and more. To navigate to new sections, just click on the tab on the main menu bar.

2. The new LOCALife (i.e., “Local Life”) panel–located on the home page (and other sections) is designed to make sure shoppers don’t miss local offers, local listings, local artists, local ECAs, etc. Just log in and the panel will automatically populate with offers in your area, and you can increase or decrease the radius searched by adjusting it in the top corner of the LL panel.

Note: If you’re not seeing much (or anything) in this panel after you log in, you’ve got a great opportunity! That is, list YOUR products for local pickup and your items will be featured on the homepage of TripleClicks for all members in you area. 4. Music now has is own tab. Come check out and support the indie artists from around the world who are featured in this new area. You can listen to free 2-minute previews of every song and download your favorite songs instantly for just 1 TCredit per song! Also rate and review the songs you listen to…and vote for your favorites who are in the current Song-of-the-Month Contest.

5. Pricebenders has is own Auctions tab now and we’ve consolidated the auction schedule and other auction-related components all on this one central page.

6. Deals (Deal-of-the-Day, Hot Deals, Closeouts, etc.) now have their own tab. If you’re looking for money-saving deals, make sure you visit this tab regularly. And if you’re an ECA, be sure you’re setting up Hot Deals regularly and taking advantage of those hitting this tab for great offers.

7. To make it easier for members to learn about all of current and upcoming contests and games, we’ve also created a “Free & Contests” tab.

8. We’ve streamlined the header and removed some of the unnecessary “clutter.”

TIPS:

A. If you’ve come to TripleClicks by way of the SFI Affiliate Center…and want to return to the Affiliate Center, just click the SFI link located in front of your title in the header.

B. If the Member Center tab is yellow with an exclamation point…this indicates you have unread messages or pending reviews or other matters requiring your attention. When you see this, just click the tab, take care of the pending matters displayed, and the tab will go back to it’s normal state.

As noted earlier, our new redesign sets the stage for a number of new sections we’ve had in development for many months. Be watching for several exciting new section additions over the coming days, weeks, and months. LOTS of really cool stuff is coming down the pipeline!

Be sure to check your Genealogy report regularly for team members with red flags. These flags indicate those affiliates who are soon to be removed from the SFI business opportunity and converted to TripleClicks members (PRM).

Who gets a flag? Affiliates who have not logged in to the SFI Affiliate Center in the past 320 days or more, are not EAs or Team Leaders, AND do not have active Standing Orders.

You can view these affiliates easily in your Genealogy by selecting “Yes” on the “Red Flagged” filter and clicking the Filter button. Just click the group message link to contact these team members and let them know they’ve been red-flagged! Encourage them to log into the SFI Affiliate Center, review the Compensation Plan and training articles, and begin collecting VersaPoints.

Connect quickly with your team online via built-in instant messaging at the SFI Affiliate Center. Just look for the yellow SFIM bubbles–on your Genealogy, on the homepage Movers tab, on your Upline Team page–and now below your team member’s photo within the Affiliate Snapshots.

If the bubble is gray, the person is not online and logged into the Affiliate Center at the moment. If the bubble is YELLOW, however, that person’s now online–and you can initiate a conversation with them instantly by clicking the yellow bubble!

On their end, a pulsating “SFIM” icon will appear in the header (of the Affiliate Center). Clicking this icon lets them join in a live instant messaging conversation with you if they wish.

Here are three tips for using SFIM:

1. The easiest way to see who’s online right now is to go to your Genealogy and choose the “Online” filter. Select Online = Yes, then click the “filter” button. You’ll see a listing of everyone in your downline currently online at the Affiliate Center. Initiate conversations by clicking the yellow bubbles beside their names. If no names appear, no one in your downline is currently visiting the Affiliate Center, but you can, of course, try again later.

2. If you’re chatting with a person who’s primary language is different than your own, keep Google Translate open in a another window browser so you can cut and paste text as needed to translate your conversation.

3. When you’re initiating contact with downline members, focus on how you can help them. Use SFIM to support and assist your downline, and you will build a stronger, more profitable group.
